Depending upon which membership you signed up for, both courses have a pre-requisite course that will set you on the right path toward success in PLS. For PSS that’s the ‘Building Foundations’ course and in LSS that’s the ‘Building Leaders’ course. Sign up for that class first and then delve into your learning! Each lesson lasts two weeks. For PSS, the Daily Micro-Practice Worksheet has ten days of short exercises for you to complete every workday as well as bonus materials if you want to get in even more work. This should be enough to fill the full two weeks.

For LSS, the Daily Micro-Practice Worksheets have five days of short exercises. The smaller amount allows for freedom to choose how to fill the extra five workdays. That can be with a complementary PSS course, through team learning sessions allowing the learner to mentor their team with the concepts at hand, etc.

Yes! Finishing four PSS courses makes you eligible for CPP™ certification in lieu of attending an in-person training course and the same for LSS courses and CPL™ certification. All other requirements for those certifications must still be met.

New lessons are added weekly. One week an LSS lesson is added, the next week a PSS lesson is added, and it continues on back and forth. This means that new content is available for PSS students every other week and for LSS students, since they have access to lessons from both memberships, new content is available weekly.

Yes! You can either switch your monthly membership to LSS or if you’ve already paid for an annual membership, you can reach out to us directly and we’ll get you a custom invoice to simply pay the price difference between the two.

Yes. Your course progress is automatically saved in your account. If you pause or cancel your membership, your progress remains stored. When you reactivate your subscription, you can pick up right where you left off, no need to restart any lessons.

Absolutely! Once you’ve completed a lesson, you can revisit it anytime while your membership is active. Many students find value in revisiting lessons periodically to reinforce concepts or re-download resources as they apply the material in new contexts.
