Our Protocol Professional Course, which is a foundational training for protocol professionals that are early in their career, costs $3800 for the course in Austin, Texas and 3300€ for the course in Madrid, Spain.
Our Protocol Leader Course, which is developmental training for experienced protocol professionals, costs $5200 for the course in Austin, Texas and 4500€ for the course in Madrid, Spain.

For online learning, the Protocol Learning Suite provides flexible, focused development through short courses designed to strengthen the behavioral skills, leadership capabilities, and professional traits protocol professionals need to succeed.

Graduates of our training courses receive a certificate of completion recognizing their participation and successful completion of the program.
Professional certification, such as the CPP™ or CPL™, follows a separate process that includes specific eligibility requirements and formal assessment. Completing a course does not automatically grant official certification, but it does contribute professional development hours required for maintaining certification.

Professional certification gives you global recognition, hiring status, professional credibility, an official certificate, permission to use an official post-nominal, a place on the certification master listing for employer verification, and the certification lapel pin to display your protocol expertise.

The CPP™ and CPL™ certifications are administered by the Global Center for Protocol Development, but the qualification standards are established through the Global Board for Protocol Certification Standards.
GCPD serves as the official certification administrator, responsible for managing the certification process, maintaining program integrity, and upholding the standards set by the Global Board.
